Jan Triplett, Ph.D., CEO of the Business Success Center (BSC), is the author of A Networker's Guide to Success, and co-author of Thinking Big, Staying Small. The BSC provides owners with strategy and advice to stabilize and grow their businesses by finding the best way to manage sales, marketing and financials.
